Went today and only had one checkout open and about three people with large trolley loads waiting.nI didn't have the time to wait and had to go through the self serve with my half load of shopping and I don't usually use them especially with so many items plus only one cash one was open.

Good produce and variety. Friendly staff. Convenient parking.

Very unhappy with their service, despite having a computer that shows what's in stock, their staff is unskilled or unwilling, to use it. Also another thing is popular brand name products are continually being dis-continued, in favour of often inferior quality Home Brand. A lesser issue is my bags being searched every time I leave without buying anything, which is understandable to a small degree,. yet shopping at Coles for 45 years, not once have I been humiliated by a bag search. I have actually seen people stealing from Woolies, told staff, but they don't want to know about it. Very weird policy, as once they reach exit, it's against their policy to' pursue them.
