It's a petrol station. Fairly standard. Has 'pay at pump'. However, I don't know if this is a reflection of my miserly nature or not, but it does seem that this particular Caltex is usually the last to lower prices & the first to raise them again in the price cycle.

Get you fuel here and grab a snack. Not the cheapest around but handy.
