Great selection of Timber flooring from premium brands. They have a few stores across Sydney and stock the most extensive range of quick step we have seen. The staff are very knowledgeable on their products, making a decision was easy. The installers are certified master installers and our installation went without issue. So happy with our flooring!

This was definitely a 5 star experience. From our initial contact with the staff at the Chatswood branch through to the quoting and installation the service was very professional, courteous and efficient. We could not be more delighted with the finished QuickStep flooring throughout the house.

BTT recently installed a beautiful wide plank 22mm engineered oak in my new home with direct stick method and silicone around the kitchen island and it looks absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Back To Timber not only for a great install but for truly wonderful 5 star customer service, and brilliant after sales service as well. Sylvia at the Chatswood branch is an absolute legend and has been so helpful to us during the whole process. I will admit I have probably not been an easy customer as I kept questioning my choices and then our builder had some issues with the concrete slab levelling so BTT had to come and offer their advice on what needed rectification (thankyou so much to David for all his help and patience!!). The team at BTT have been so great the whole way through - can't recommend enough, and I will definitely be back for any timber flooring needs in the future!

I am very happy with the whole work and overall finish!nThe entire team at Back to Timber/ Timber Court have been very professional and fantastic from start to finish for the installation of new hybrid timber and skirting in our apartment.nnSylvia in the showroom was very professional in providing various advices, options and stayed in contact throughout the whole process.nnDavid gave me a very competitive quote and made himself available to answer all questions during the whole process.nMost importantly he factorised and capped the floor levelling cost in the quote for the peace of mind. Where other's quotes might appear cheaper but levelling work is additional and subject to the actual situation after removal of carpets. In my case, the entire unit flooring is so not levelled, and needs extra bags and time at no extra cost.nnRyan leads the installation team went about their work quickly from floor levelling to installation. I was impressed by their care and attention to details, able to come up solutions to unexpected problems.nnPhotos taken with warm white downlights.nI would very happily recommend Back to Timber/ Timber Court to anyone!
