I've never had very good teeth as we couldn't afford dental treatment as a kid. I was terrified to go to the dentist after so many years without so much as a checkup but my first private health dental experience with Advance Dental Spa was really nice. Dr Cassandra, Dr Victor and their assistants were all really lovely, they didn't make me feel judged or lesser about my teeth which already have me feeling self conscious, they just wanted to help. During my 2 visits I had xrays, a full scale & polish, 2 extractions and a filling. Everything was done with immense care and consideration, they took my comfort and finances into account as well as my desire to fix my dental issues. Over all very happy with my treatment and look forward to returning in the future.

Dr Janet was extremely professional and friendly. I am a very nervous patient and have never had a dentist make me feel so relaxed. I had to have a tooth extraction and she made sure I was doing well throughout the whole procedure. I would highly recommend this practice and will definitely be back. Thank you Advanced Dental Spa.

I have visited Advanced Dental Spa Willetton twice now and have seen Janet. She makes you feel at ease and I know I am in good hands for my dental implant work. Easy going, upfront and honest. Highly recommend Janet! Reception staff are also very lovely and pleasant too! 🤗

The more I think about my dental experience here the angrier and sadder I get. I was seen by a young female dentist a while back. She was nice but I don’t know about her professionalism. After examination we confirmed I need a few fillings. However, she did not offer me a proper treatment plan/options to discuss what restorative materials she will place or discuss the cost (???). She numbed me up and proceeded to do composite resin restorations with cotton rolls for moisture control.... no rubber dam... I wonder how soon my fillings will start to fail. I hate how I wasn’t able to think properly when I was in the chair to ask. Afterwards I was sat up and the DA gave me fluoride foam before I realised it - and this was not mentioned in the “treatment plan”!!!. Wow and this dentist claims she has the “most up to date knowledge”. According to the 2019 Guidelines for Fluoride use in Australia— fluoride foam is no longer recommended for caries prevention. And the total cost came out of expectations:) I think this dental practitioner has breeched my autonomy and the principle of non- maleficence. The end.
