Thought I needed a new battery for my watch. Without hesitation the lovely lady I spoke to today explained it may not need one as the type of watch was kinetic and solar. She explained exactly what to do to get it going if it was still possible as it had been sitting in a dark draw for a few years. She then said if that doesn’t work bring it in and gave me a very reasonable price to fix it. Luckily for me it worked exactly as she predicted. That’s true service to me. Helpful and honest. This is not the first time I’ve felt that they have guided me in the right direction. Definitely my go t to place and give it a 10/10 recommendation.

bought a Watch brand-new from the store across from Mr minutenFound the battery was dead when I bought it so the shop put it in at Mr minute to get changednThe watch was only $430nStainless steel backing with a slot top and bottom for the tooling to open the back.nWhoever it was That did the battery service attacked the watch from the side and left small dents in the bodynQuite unnoticeable but still I feel I did not get the service required as they have technically damaged the product.nI'm not really concerned too much because it is unnoticeable, mostly because it's on the underside so that's fine and it wasn't that expensive but what happens if it was a $10,000 or $15,000 tag watch, A Rolex, or A family heirloom. probably just Decreased the value by half and they would end up in court.nI can only hope that Mr minute staff read this and and take note to have a little bit more of a look and see where the tooling slots are on the back of watches in the future thank you .napart from this service in the past has been okay

I am a regular customer at Mister Minit. Service is great and truly lives up to its name (a lot of things can be done in a minute or less, it's amazing!). The staff are very helpful and friendly and certainly know their stuff. And if they can't help you (which is rare), they will try and direct you to someone who can. The engraving in particular is amazing! Highly recommend it! :)

Really happy with the service. They asked questions and clarified what I wanted. They did engraving work and I have always been happy when they cut keys. Love your work
