I wish you could provide negative scores. The service I have received from this provider has been abysmal to the point of making complaints to centrelink, the administering govt dept, and the provider in regard to their unprofessional behaviour such as failing to keep appointments, respectful treatment and ability to listen and help. In the twelve months or so of service they have achieved nothing but send inane emails with no relevance or purpose with job search suggestions any school leaver would know let alone someone with more than 35 years in the work force. Glad to be able to change providers and have nothing more to do with this provider who are just wasting tax payers money. I can only feel sorry for those who are disabled that have to deal with this mob. The number to call to ditch these tools is 13 62 68.

Very poor service, unprofessional as you could get anywhere, communication is near non existent,I needed urgent contact which could of landed me a job,took four hours to contact my case manager,being put on hold,hung up on three times,and would not see me when I organised a ride to go to the office in person.needles to say,I didn't get the job. Descusted.

After a terrible experience elsewhere I have to say it was refreshing to visit CoAct. The welcome was friendly, paperwork straight forward and Amber was so nice to work with in regards to my situation. Building and employees also look professional.

Not very professional at all. No one bothers to let a person know that their appointment has been cancelled. They wait till you get there to tell you it's been cancelled. Never mind apologising about wasting your time AND petrol. They lose paperwork you take in which causes problems again with Centrelink, BUT u miss an appointment and you're immediately reported to Centrelink.
