City Fitness Health Club

I attended as a casual visitor to a Body Pump class. I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facilities. The class was well organised and I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and the workout. Well run gym.

It was great. I had a really good workout. Friendly staff. Love going there.

Great gym! I've been a member for almost 10 years and not looking to change. A few locations in town also help a lot - go gymming wherever you feel the urge ))

Terrible service from City Fitness today. Requested a membership hold as i have done many, many times in the past with no hassle. Hit reply on a previous e-mail i had used for putting on hold before!! (the night before cut off) asking to put on hold for 2 weeks which i always done only to notice they took my money anyway and without permission.nnRang up and after realising i couldnt speak to someone over the phone stating i needed 'proof' i then came in. After asking for a manager i was told the lady i was speaking to could 'help me'. Turns out she could not, even tho i had proved i had sent the message and had been successful with said e-mail before. (why not now?)nnSo cancelling my membership was all i could do, the lady stating she did help with a cancellation but was hoping to avoid. So no, you did not).nIf i could give a 0 stars i would as this is the worst customer service experience i have ever had!!!! Not to mention the money still owing to me by them is still yet to be recived!nI do not reccomend City Fitness as a choice in future.nnPlease add all these emails you say you need to do everything, cancel, hold etc onto your page because it is very poor communication.
