The reburbishment was a challenge but staff rose to it. Staff are helpful and kind. The store signage is fantastic, excellent for an in&out visit or a full shop. Improvement could be made to be more outwardly expressive as masks hide smiles so far more verbal happy tone in speaking is needed to combat the difficulty.
Staff always knowledgeable and helpful. The try to keep manned checkouts open.nManagement changed recently. Manned checkouts reduced hence extra waiting to clear purchases. Drastically lacking in keeping stocks updated. Very disappointed in the recent changes. I think I am now looking forward to seeing Coles opening. Common woolies get back on track
I loved the stock how it was full so they had what I need and the employees were lovely
Love it when you can get in and out without having to line up
But disappointed. Couldn't find any Weight Watchers products, specifically Cottage Cheese, no roast beef slices in Deli, some fruits, veggies and salad items not 100% fresh like normal. Lovely staff at register though. Aisles seemed to appear wider??
