Although this Woolworths is small and hard to navigate at times, I have never had a negative experience with the customer service or any of the employees. The kind ladies who are stationed at the self-serve checkouts are always on the ball if there is an issue and give a genuine smile.nnIt can get incredibly busy during 4-8pm on weekdays and weekends is always packed. Some of the isles can get very choked up so planning your shop around can help speed it up.nnI genuinely love the amount of choices there are in the international and frozen sections of this store, and the fresh foods are always at a great price. Definitely a good store for the staples when youre in Cooleman Court!

Recent refurbishments have had a positive impact on the shopping experience. Isles are wider, and front of shop has more room for trolley traffic.

Woolworth in Weston are very caring, kind and reliable. I am so grateful to everyone who works there.Especially a staff I think his name is Jaya in self checkout helped me with scanning my goods no one does that kind of thing in my whole life.People are saying bad abt immigrants but they are the one doing best job in our country.Self service machines don't work properly.Be prepared to have to call the attendant multiple times.But he really went above and beyond what a legend.They have a very dedicated team.I find the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.Better to shop in weekdays.

As a woman living in Australia the absolute agaony that my shopping experiences are becoming due to poor management, correct training as well as employer employee consumer transparency and relations. Sadly these issues above are only a small part of a very large industrial and commercial malpractice. Ie.
