Bed Bath N' Table Northbridge Plaza

Nice store, neatly laid out, clean and very nice customer service. Manager and sales assistant both went out of their way to check stock and ended up finding what we were looking for.

A terrible service experienced from Bed Bath and Table at Northbridge branch’snnAfter having an eye contact with the SA and manager they pretended like they were busy looking else where and not even greeting me.nSo I went to Chatswood chase branch’s instead ,the SA was very nice and helping me contact nearest branch’s for the item that I’m looking for. SA advised me to collect it from Northbridge branch’s.nI went there second time and enquired about the item. A youngest assistant told me she hasn’t got time to check it yet as she was very busy . I looked a roundshop there wasn’t any customer for her to service. Anyway long story cut shot I asked her to check it again as I was told to come here for the item. The SA who answers the phone wasn’t happy and became agitated and treated me with rudeness and abruptly manner.nLong story cut short she brought some items and while I’m checking the item she intentionally exhaled out loud so I could here it. This triggers my temper and I have to tell her to stop. I asked her name but she refused. The manager was there and said she will speak to her about this. I managed to get to know both of their names in the end.nIf anyone need to be there avoid SA Melia and manager Mitra as they were terrible in services.nThe manager Mitra advised me that she would address the issue with her own staff but as soon as I left the shop and looked back they both giggling and laughing like nothing matters to them.nYou cannot rely on the manager herself as she wasn't take this seriously. I have to let other know about this as I do not wish anyone to face this terrible experienced like me.

The owner of the shop was rude to me. Didn't even say hello. Probably thought I wasn't going to buy anything but i did in the end.

Has great wares. A little on expensive side but staff always helpful at Northbridge.
