Best group of physios I have ever come across. Have had ongoing pain for years and this is the first time I've found a team that could actually resolve it. Great people, solid treatment and advice. Highly recommended.
Have had ongoing back/neck pain, so went in for a remedial massage.
Hannah (therapist) was really great. Took time to ask questions and understand my issue before massage - didn't rush. Massage itself was really good - helped my pain a lot, without being too painful itself.
Very positive experience - will return in future.
Other physios I have been to often give band aid fixes. The physios here know what they are doing, refer you on to other health professionals if necessary and genuinely care about your progress.
The team at Life Ready have helped me get back on my feet after a knee reconstruction. Highly recommend!
