Indicated a 4-hours range (?!) (4h x hourly rate is greater than the price of the appliance itself) for an installation to occur and not only arrived last minute (extending the installation beyond the 4 hours) as they reacted very poorly to the complain which made it much worse. Won't repeat the experience.nThe appliance seems to be well installed though and the technician was knowledgeable .

Service was provided on time repaired our dryer quickly with the minimum of fuss. Technician was very professional and pleasant. Half an hour alert prior to arrival suited us

I'm not sure I've ever taken the time to give a poor review but such was my experience today that I feel I must. The customer service team could not have been less professional, less educated on customer service or lazier than they were. Spoke with 3 or 4 different people all of which were dramatically inadequate in their service. One person can have a bad day but all 4?? The worst of the them was the manager Steve whose attitude and awareness of customer communication was as low as humanly possible. Steve proceeded to be condescending, belligerent & threatening. I see there's been a lot of poor reviews which I'm typically sympathetic towards but it stands to reason they've earned every single one of them.

Customer service was appalling on all fronts. Was criticised and described as awkward, work area left not as found after work done. Do not recommend this company at all, they are far more interested in taking money than doing a professional job.

Sydney domestic appliance repair fixed my washing machine quickly, professionally and at a good price! I won't be looking for any other technicians to fix my appliances in the future. They were brilliant! Thankyou!
