We had a Fireplace installed last year from Real Flame South and are extremely pleased with the performance of the Fire. The heat level is adjustable so the comfort within the whole house is a even warmth at all times. The look is what we were seeking and it certainly lives up to the expectation. We are extremely happy with our Element Flame Space Heater and would highly recommend this unit as a solution to your heating needs.
Instore experience was easy, we were kept up to date with delivery dates and times so we were able to be organised for the install.nInstall was fast, efficient and neat. Used the existing flu, which saved us quite a bit, as we would have needed scaffolding to completely renew.nVery happy, easy from start to finish. Thanks.

3 years ago we bought a decorative gas fireplace from Real flame to convert our existing heritage fireplace to gas. The first one was faulty and was really hard to turn on. After much hoo ha, they replaced it. The second unit was fab until the night the unit caught fire and the on/ off dial melted on the ground. Luckily we caught it in time. Now weeks on and we can’t get in contact with Real Flame. I call and leave voice messages and messages through the contact page on their website. I contacted the guy who installed it who said to expect 4-6 weeks for service! Really!!!! Dangerous product and seriously poor service. Stay away from Real Flame!
Could not speak highly enough about the Real Flame South team. They installed an Element 1200, after site visits for a new build, and working directly with the builder. The heater is now the focal point in the house and it heats up downstairs quickly and we can even feel it upstairs as well. Looks great, works wonderfully, so happy with product and service.
