Thank you so much to all the staff involved in attending to my son when he arrived on Saturday night ( 2 weeks ago) with a collapsed lung and a stubbornly stoic attitude.nWait time was minimal. Care was amazing. Staff were lovely, kind, attentive and very professional.nI hope you read this...and remember us both. And know you are being applauded for a job well done.nThank you so much.

The new triage system is better than it was, resulting in reduced wait times...nBut that is today, & hospital services change in quality so very often!

Fantastic was there today for day surgery everyone was very kind very caring and very friendly i really appreciate everyone for everything they did thank you very much xo..

Casino hospital. Absolutely pathetic. If i could score lower then 1 that would definitely be it. 4 year old Son trot on a rusty nail, Friday. Took him up 3 times to be pushed aside and told there is a 3 hour waiting period expected, meanwhile he is screaming but still had to wait. Then the 4 time I took him up on Sunday, they decide to rush him to lismore base as he has an infection in his foot that has spread almost to his groind.nAbsolutely disgraceful.
