This is my first time reviewing, very sorry if there are any mistakes.nnWas a first time customer and came to do some shopping to get a gift for my mother's birthday. I rarely splurge in boutique stores and usually only commute back and forth from North Sydney for work, so I was a bit apprehensive going in.nnHowever, I was greeted by a member of the wonderful staff there (their name was Christine) and they sensed my nerves, so they directed me around and gave me great recommendations. You get complimentary samples after confirming your purchase, along with an offer for gift wrapping and scented paper.nnVery unexpected to have this level of professionalism and lovely service that went above and beyond in these times. (a sad fact indeed)nAm now a L'Occi lover, so worth it!

Wonderful service! First time visit to this brand and I was hugely impressed.nI was looked after by the lovely Selena (I hope I’ve spelt it correctly). I was greeted promptly at the door, advised of special deals which I ended up taking advantage of! I was given space to browse but quickly attended to when i had questions about the products.nnWith the busy periods and the current review culture where only the negative is shared, it is worthy of mention when you receive exceptional service. The store manager Michelle kept the store open for me even though I entered slightly after 6pm. She had an energetic yet professional manner and offered fantastic customer service. I can't wait to come back to do my Christmas shopping. Thank you!
