Joined up online 9/6. Phoned up and PAID for a 45kg to be delivered on 11/6. Had someone stay home from work and they didnt show. Called and Ballina answered the phone, I'm in Newcastle, she said we are the only ones answering the phone. She said we would get the delivery 12/6 (Saturday) when the 1st person said they only do Mon, Wed and Friday? I went away for the weekend and my wife stayed home all weekend waiting but no gas. She called and they said they would get it to us Monday 14/6. NO gas. My wife talks to another person who is the first to apologise and can't promise when we will get our gas. I call today and get a nice man at Ballina again. I say I would like to get a refund and try another gas company. He asked for one more shot to fix the problem. Meanwhile we cook on a 1 burner butane camp burner.

Terrible drivers on the highway. Poor decision making skills, dangerous drivers and all round rude blokes in the driver's seat (promoting the business poorly)

Too busy to take phone calls or complete scheduled orders. Prices for 45kg bottles are also more expensive than competitors.

Called and was redirected to the Gosford service as the Newcastle division (my area) was busy. The lady I talked to kept interrupting me and then getting things wrong and re-asking details I had already explained... I called back 2 mins later and got through to Newcastle , who provided a clean service and, after I noted Origin provided cheaper prices, offered a competitive price which I decided to take. Awaiting delivery now.
