What a great place to shop. We walked in around 11.30am, chose our furniture, got the best deal and it was delivered by 4.30pm in the same day.
I bought a 10 kg washing machine from bi rite Kempsey 5 years warranty after a year it broke down after contacting store was told they would get to fixing problem took two weeks for repair man to turn up then took another 4 or 5 weeks to wait for parts then after awhile and more contact finally got repair man here to not fix machine wrong parts apparently then he comes back right part just needs reset that didn’t work asked to speak with manager 2 days later ring to speak to manager still no response manager to busy to talk to me still waiting to get machine fixed please do not buy from these people no respect for their customers or the product they sell keep saying COVID is the reason they can’t fix the machine COVID doesn’t stop parts coming into the country only people this is a cop out by a company that has incompetent people in management
