We went in to look for curtains as we had purchased from them before.nAt the front of the shop they had a basket of sale items. Sheer curtains original price $39.95 reduced to $15.95.nWhat a bargain. They had multiple colours all marked at $15.95 but not all curtains had a price on. We chose 3 curtains and went to the checkout. He charged us full price. When I questioned the total he said he would honour the one ticketed at $15.95 as marked but not the other 2 which had no ticket on. They were the same curtains. I'm sure this is not legal. Rather than offering us the marked price he went up and removed all the $15.95 stickers from all the colours....that way we couldn't argue our point! He was rude and dismissive and obviously able to choose any price for you to pay when you got to the counter regardless of the ticket. Anyone wanting to buy from this shop - take a photo showing the sale price so he cannot change the price on you. Extremely Extremely bad service. I have just been onto curtain wonderland on line and the curtains are marked up at $15.95. So not only rude and dismissive but also a con artist!

Went looking for new curtains for our living area....was pleased with the great range of choice.....salesman was very knowledgable and helped with our selection and what we needed to get our job done and gave me some good DIY tips....job completed that arvo....curtains look amazing...

As this was my first time to buy curtains for a sliding door, i went to the castle hills shop using my lunch break on Monday and Tuesday spending at about 40 mins to choose among different fabrics.nnFinally i bought four curtains and one rod altogether spending $248.75. I asked the staff called Monica regarding the dimensions and how many pieces of fabrics were required. Very disappointedly, she had been showing the attitude of impatience, when i asked her to come over to confirm whether the rod was suitable for the curtains that i chose. She shouted from far away saying “ what do you want?. She didn’t want to come over to answer my question.nnWhen i was in the cashier and ready to pay for the products, i said i would pay by card and needed to transfer the money from the off set account, then she turned around to the other working bench and her back was facing me. As i didn’t quite catch how much exactly i should pay, i walked towards the monitor and checked the amount, she was very rude saying “you couldn’t walk towards this area” If she was helping, she shouldn’t turn around and working on another working bench.nnAfter paying the amount, she put four bags of curtains into one bag. Then I said was it possible to put four bags of curtains into two separate bags so that it would be easier for me to carry. Then she said “ i couldn’t do that, you didn’t pay for that”. It was so irrespectful!nnI was very angry and i said “ your service is so good”. Then she said “ i shouldn’t be sarcastic”. So that i said “ your service is not good”. Then was angry and then said that i went to the shop three times and asked 50 questions. To clarify, i only went to the shop twice using my lunch break and I didn’t ask 50 questions, may be 15 questions. Being a sales at the shop, i think the main duty is to help and answer customers’s questions so that they can choose the right products. But she didn’t have that attitude and always shown to me that she was very busy and couldn’t answer questions. Customers do not deserve this bad customer service. I hope she can improve as this is her work!
