SBS Building Services completed a large, multifaceted extension and renovation project for us approximately five years ago. We would wholeheartedly, unequivocally and sincerely recommend SBS for a myriad of reasons.nnThe first time we met Scott Harwood, the Director of SBS Building Services, we were impressed. Scott has a true moral compass, is affable, professional, a master at his craft and provided us with a competitive quote. SBS’s level of engagement and professionalism towards us as a client continued throughout the entire journey of our large building project and the team’s collective commitment to us as a valued customer was steadfast and never wavered pre and post contract execution.nnOur project encompassed a 100 square metre extension to our home (bedrooms, ensuites, kitchen, garage) along with a complete internal and external renovation of our existing home including: new carpeting, new bathroom, fresh paint inside and out, the removal of an internal wall, new tiles, some new windows, new internal and external doors (including security doors), a new roof, a new laundry and landscaping amongst other items. All the work was completed to an exceptionally high standard and SBS were extremely flexible working with us throughout the project to accommodate our variations as the project progressed. SBS were always available to talk and no question was ever too large or too small. We felt supported and that was a critical aspect for us.nnThe work SBS completed for us still looks excellent after five years and that speaks volumes and is testament to their high quality standards along with their meticulous and thorough workmanship.nnScott’s entire team were fantastic from the various skilled and organised foremen who always kept us apprised through to the large number of specialist trades and wonderful office support staff. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in calling on SBS again in the future for any building needs that we may have. We were lucky enough to get sbs do what turned in to a complete Reno in Thornleigh last year. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Scott and Stuart were quick to give a detailed quote, then proceed with fantastic young tradesmen who had great eye for detail and perfectionist attitude to doing things the correct way. The office kept us informed every step of the way when we added and changed things. Never a bother. Our home was transformed ! The Reno was an effortless and exciting time in our life which I’m sure a lot of people doing such a job that would not have been their experience.
