Coles

Absolutely rude staff!! We have come to Tea Gardens for a little getaway and your hours of operations on your website states that the closing hour is 10pm. We arrived at the Coles in Tea Gardens at 8:55pm and we told that they were closing at 9pm, when I stated that the website stated 10pm, the male staff member told us that they were no other customers there, that was why they were closing early. When I went to check the opening hours on the entrance door it did indeed state 9pm, which is misleading and incorrect.nNow even though it states this, your staff were incredibly rude. We were never acknowledged and they was no greeting of hello or goodbye.nNow I would believe that all Coles would have the same customer service policy and I would think that people should be treated with respect.nMaybe your staff need to be trained at Woolworths to learn some proper customer service!! Or maybe send your staff to Sydney to be trained!!nVery disappointed!!

My partner bought oranges yesterday in a net packet, we can't eat them. Three are rotten the others taste rotten. If anyone is buying fruit and vegetables from this store, take a good look at what you are buying.nWhat's going on with the store? Consumers deserve much better than rotten produce.nWe won't be shopping here again

Sometimes the fresh food is not quite. The staff are always friendly and with limited shopping around a good store. Parking can be a problem though
