Tugun Yogalates

Great yoga class with friendly and welcoming teacher. My husband and I love the classes. Jane is knowledgable and delivers the classes in an encouraging way. We are always learning something new about yoga poses, what's happening in the body and feel so good after the class.

Started going in January and love it!nI have had a tight, sore lower back for years but it has improved greatly in just 2 months from all the stretches at yogalates! My body feels much looser and flexible all over - no more pain.nThere are a lot of poses that I haven’t seen before and I really like the variety of these movements in the classes.nHighly recommend!
