Focused, experienced,motivating and caring trainers at this venue. Love the continued variety of stations and changes in application. No time to get bored. What will it be today. Excited to attend every session I can. Other participants very thoughtful.

Wow! What a fantastic gym and team of trainers who motivate and push you every single class. Highly recommend F45 Runaway Bay, great for every fitness level. A Friendly supportive place to work out. Everyone is there to get in a good workout and it is exactly that. I wouldn’t ever try a gym again. The staff are super encouraging and helpful. Looking forward to progression.
