Have never felt so lovingly welcomed into a gym! Such a beautiful space to clear the head and get amazing results! They understand that your mental health is just as important to train and look after too achieving any physical goals and help you along the way of understanding that. Amazing classes held in a gorgeous space as well as all the equipment you could ever need! I’m so grateful to be apart of this gym and even took my mum in who has never been to a gym before and she too felt so welcomed and so excited to go back! Thanks girls for creating something truly special! ✨

High quality equipment and plenty of it. A safe and friendly women's only gym. A great mix of classes and always smiley faces. It’s an environment that motivates you to get healthy, it’s not a chore going to the gym anymore.

Trying Samsara by my physio’s suggestion for restoring my hip/low back muscle strength and stability. I have high expectations for getting recovery from this long term problem. Fortunately this centre build up my confidence to go through the journey.

Samsara Wellness gym has a calming feel to it, the staff are so friendly and lovely. They have a lot of classes during the day and night that suit if you work full time. Highly recommend it.
