Louise takes her job seriously and genuinely. She is attentive and gives me an individual experience specific to my needs and pace (slow and steady) in each class. Highly recommend

I have been going to Pilates Plus for three years.nnLouise is a great instructor and I have found out that she has many loyal clients who have been with her for more than 10 years. The reason for this is Louise's background and passion for Pilates.nnShe has a background from Ballet at the highest level and attended Royal Ballet in London, before dancing in Europe. She has an incredible knowledge of body and movement and Pilates. Combined with her friendly help and attention to detail means I have no hesitation in recommending Pilates Plus. Thank you Louise.
