After only a few months working with Nicole I can already feel how much stronger and healthier my body is. Nicole is a great teacher and shows how invested she is in your health when teaching, quickly tweaking exercises to suit you or how you’re feeling on the day to ensure you get the most out of your classes. I would recommend Little Sanctuary to anyone looking for Pilates classes.

This studio is a little oasis where you can start at any level - and feel so much better in terms of fitness, strength and stress relief from the get go. Working with Nicole Calvino is fantastic- she is a small but fierce smiley warrior who brings out my best! It’s not intimidating when starting from scratch...it’s a low key special little studio, highly recommend.

I can not rate Nicole high enough, of all the gyms etc. I have been to, Nicole's little studio has given me the best value of them all. I am stronger, have more endurance and increased flexibility. I LOVE coming to my Pilates classes, I always leave feeling great & with a smile on my face.

The Pilates class is very recommended. The practice makes me feel really well. The environment is great and clean also has complete equipments. I look forward to the next training.
