After Covid closures of my old gym and with it closing down for good after covid I spent months looking for a good quality gym. Within walking in and speaking to the staff I found a gym that's actually cares about your goals and the staff are friendly and professional.nIf your looking for a gym that actually cares and is professional look no further.Would recommend this gym 100%.

Pros:n- Convenience for localsn- Easy parkingn- 24/7 access availablen- Helpful and knowledgeable staffn- Free personal training sessions available every 3 months, however, you need to request it.nnCons:n- Can be crowded during peak times (Monday to Friday 4-7pm)n- Fees for no service: joining fees and cancelation fees (4 weeks)n- Also, there are additional fees for pausing your membership if you will not be using the facilities (going on holidays etc).nnTarget market: The majority of clients appear to be focused on bulking up and there is minimal focus on cardio etcnnSummary: Typical gym that provides discounts for members willing to sign long-term contracts. Also, the fees for no service is really disappointing.nnSuggestions: They offer a 1 week free guest pass so you can trial the facilities with no obligation. Afterwards, if you would like to become a member, it is worthwhile asking for the removal of all the fees for no service before signing up. However, your negotiating power is removed the moment you have joined, so take your time.

Such great atmosphere, has great equipment, friendly staff and trainers. Everyone who goes to this gym is locals and are all mostly very welcoming. Not many big egos which is a nice change from the much bigger gyms. Would definitely recommend joining, also Sharon is one of the best personal trainers I've met. She has excellent teaching skills and her classes are insane !! Loveeee itttt
