Great place to work out, get fit in and develop good overall strength and stamina. The coaches are very experienced and qualified, and ensure safety is a priority. They can help tailor the program to your ability and are motivated towards you improving yourself and hence becoming a better version of yourself. Great place to make new friends, while improving your overall fitness. Been there almost a year, and incredibly please that even though there were times it tested me, I continued and the results are terrific.

I drive past 2 CrossFit gyms to go to these guys at Tempered.Best community around.I would highly recommend this gym to anyone from beginner to advanced.Everyone is made to feel welcome.
