The staff here are lovely. They always go out of their way to ensure I am getting the right products. Shelves are always well stocked and prices are very reasonable.

Bad service. The staff and chemists always look unhappy. Some of the staff faces actually look like they are in pain when conversing with you.nOur family spends hundreds of dollars there a month but now we are not returning.nnWent to a new chemist today and the atmosphere was relaxed and everyone looked happy.nnMost chemists price match these days so do yourself a favour and find a local, friendly chemist and you will see the difference.

Service is a bit slow here, but prescriptions seem to be filled quicker than other Chemist Warehouse stores.

I had my flu vaccination yesterday at Chemist Warehouse Shailer Park. Katlong was very friendly and knowledgeable. He brightened my day!

I had a doctors prescription and yet they asked me to describe the medical condition in the line (with customers behind me).. When i said it was I didnt feel comfortable doing so in public, they refused to provide my perscription.nI went down the road at got it with no questions asked at another chemist.
