Rudy's attention to detail is beyond exceptional.nnHe took multiple measurements of my hand and spoke to me about my style and even inquired about which lanes I would be bowling at to help me chose the right ball. Wow!nnHe clearly explained how to maintain and take care of my new ball. He also took the time to coach me while a played a couple games.nnWhat a legend! The ball fits perfectly! Mount Warren lanes is really quite far for me but I will be back for sure. Super impressed! 10/10
