Machinery and equipment were placed too closely together and was cramped, lack of space. Smudged mirrors show that the place was unclean. Bad service, went in for a prebooked trial and had to wait 20 minutes because of preoccupied staff. Meant to be a free trial but required $59 to be paid upfront. Appalling, do not recommend.

Man, this Snap has the potential to be one of the best in Brisbane, but is let down by some silly decisions or lack thereof.nnThe good: The equipment and range of machines they have are fantastic. It is all clean and modern with large floor space.nnThe not so good: The basics at this Snap really let it down. This was my regular for 3 years and it that time I saw no moves to improvement.n-There was a tv that was broken for the entirety of my time there.n-The weights are consistently left strewn around and put back in the wrong spot.n-The covid management was really sub-par, plenty of members not wiping the equipment after usennThese may come across as something that is the member’s fault and it is, but management should be taking charge to prevent this. Labelling weights and having a CLEAR covid plan is not difficult, and will encourage good behaviour by all members. All the other Snaps on Brisbane do this, and the difference is significant.nnEDIT: Immediately followed up by club manager, took all points very seriously.

Great environment and helpful staffs. It's clean always. Hips of gym equipment for everyone. Would highly recommend.

Awesome gym, love training here. Friendly staff, clean gym, non intimidating environment. Would highly recommend to anyone who works or lives in the area.
