Dee has been hosting regular get togethers for mingling, and there's even a dinner club starting up to solidify connections. Bayside Yoga has created a wonderful yoga studio that is friendly, inviting and good for the soul. Yin Yoga is my favourite and Dee takes you through the moves with great support and ease. Yin & Pilates classes are the best!

I love Bayside Yoga! I am new to the Bayside area, and also new to Yoga and Pilates. I was pretty nervous about turning up by myself the first time, but everyone is so supportive, the space is beautiful and the instructors are awesome. Dee (the owner) is committed to creating a strong community and she has succeeded with her studio. I have met many new friends, and am loving the coffee culture after the practices. I would thoroughly recommend Yoga Bayside for everyone of all levels.
