Best gym in Wynnum. They make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and pushing yourself to the limit. Been here since opening and haven't looked back.

This is the best gym I’ve ever been a member of and I’ve joined a few! The trainers are amazing, the owners are friendly and genuine, the atmosphere is motivating, my kids are welcomed to any class making it easy to get a workout each day and the members are a community. This place is the best, I’ve tried a lot of gyms this is hands down the best ever!! The owner Josh and his wife Maddi are so welcoming and friendly and all the members are like family, since starting here I have lost almost 10 kg and gained so much confidence. I have also met a lot of really genuine people who share the same goals!! Most kid friendly gym ever aswell which is a bonus!!!!

Great place to workout. Staff are really knowledgeable and helpful. Programming is varied. Music is great and everyone is welcoming. Highly recommended
