I had a very unpleasant experience when terminating the contract. With a six-month contract, I knew I had to notify the termination of the contract by e-mail one month in advance. So, I sent a notification by e-mail a month before the 6-month contract and received a reply saying that 10 days of business day may be required. A few days later, I visited them myself, and the manager told me that if I paid the fee for the next two weeks, there were no additional charges upon termination of the contract. After that, after 3 days, I noticed that the week's worth of usage fees were automatically deducted from my account, and I requested a refund by e-mail. The manager was sorry to me and told me that if I wrote down my account number, I would give it a refund. It has been more than two weeks since I provided the account number, but they said that they are still not giving refunds and are in the process of being processed.

Stay away from these money grabbers. Dodgy people specially when you finish the contract even after the completion of your contract term. They don’t even bother to reply your emails once you request them to cancel your membership.

The equipment is excellent and there is plenty of it. Even in busy times, you can still find machines to use.nThe staff and not great. Swearing, pushy guys who are too cool to wear masks during the mask mandate.nIf the gym was unstaffed it would be 5 out of 5

Classes are great , facilities look fantastic, great location . Super friendly staff , plenty of parking available
