I can't recommend this studio highly enough. Gabbi is such a beautiful, kind and welcoming teacher. She meets you where you're at, and her teaching allows for all levels of experience. The classes range from gentle and restorative to dynamic and challenging. Michael teaches the Yin classes and his warm, friendly approach makes everybody feel welcomed. Definitely give them a try!!
