Proactive Therapy

Daughter attended physio and when we met her, we were told she was leaving in 4 weeks. Then proceeded to casually ask for a small amount of background and gave my daughter very simple tasks to do. Session ended and nothing was mentioned about follow ups or bookings. So I asked and was told she will email me with her recommended activities/exercises. Over a week later, still nothing so I called and was told I will get her to send it. No apology nothing. Wouldn’t waste my time with them!

First time visit. Great all round service. I would personally highly recommend to friends and family. Very professional and well mannered.
