We have patronised the pharmacy for many years and have found the staff to be polite, professional and helpful. We have observed staff being firm when customers have tried to insist that staff provide medications without the proper prescription or which they cannot provide according to Australian regulations governing pharmaceuticals. So maybe any perception of rudeness arises from this. This is normal practice because people can be very insistent and want staff to break the law. Please don't take it personally and accuse the staff of racism. Be patient. Ask their advice. :-)

Tall caucasion lady was very nice to me and gave me great service and i am asian, not sure what people here are complaining about always needing to play the race card all the time, grow up!

The tall Caucasian lady behind the counter she was quite rude. I was waiting for vaccination. When 15 mins passed scheduled time, I asked when they can do it for me. She replied that “you just have a seat and relax”... I wasn’t there for relaxation. I need get it done and back to work. She should know what to say when they are late... I don’t feel comfortable to go back to the shop again.

Super super rude and unfriendly service every time i go in. Waited in line and when it was my turn the tall Caucasian woman didn't say a single word but just gave me a dirty look to motion that it was my turn for service. Super unhelpful didn't speak or look at me when i spoke and had such a disgusting attitude for no reason. Felt like discrimination and racism as she was laughing and smiling to other non asian customers. I'll never come back and recommend anyone else reading to try a different store. Would give 0 stars if i could. Was as kind as i could be as a customer but the women who work there have such disgusting and passive attitudes.

Friendly and helpful staff. Car can be Parked infront of store. No big queues. Good for quick visits.
