What a bad staff, on the website its says open from 9am to 5:30pm and i came today at 1:05pm to collect my parcel. The door was locked no notice outside saying they will be back i asked other people working in plaza they said “might be on break” two other customers were standing there for 20 mins waiting no notice was placed on the door that they are on break or they will be back this time. Not very happy about it. What an unprofessional staff
