Albert Animal Hospital

We haven’t been able to find a good vet until now. This is our first time to the clinic and was very happy with our visit. Our vet Dr Marilyn was amazing, attentive, warm, welcoming and you can tell she loves animals and treated my dog like her child ud83dude0a

Although our first visit to Albert Animal Hospital was a sad occasion, our cat and the whole family were treated with great kindness and respect. I had some special requests regarding bringing my aged pet in to be euthanized and the team at the clinic went out of their way to be accommodating. I was surprised to receive a hand written card in the post a week later expressing sympathy over the loss of our much loved cat. I will definitely be returning and would recommend this veterinary practice without hesitation.

Best vet clinic! The vets and vet nurses have you and your animal in their best interest and always go above and beyond for us and our pets! Highly recommend!!

The Vet was nice but there is always a long waiting time for appointments. I understand emergencies happen and appointments run late but it would be better practice if the receptionist let you know that they are running late when you arrive& that way you could go for a walk/come back (especially with a nervous dog).

A special mention for Dr James Carmichael.nThey helped us come to terms with making the difficult decision to let our Mooshi dog go. There was no pushing more expensive treatments or providing excessive volumes of medication, just honesty and support.
