When we went for a puppy check, the vet told me that she will take the puppy to the back to check her ears. Then they decided to cut my puppy’s nails (without asking or mentioning anything). Maree cut into the quick of three nails. Puppy’s nails are white and easy to cut.nThere was no mention of hurting nails and putting condys crystals on when I was at the clinic. I found out myself at home which obviously was upsetting and unexpected.nYes accidents happen but firstly I did not request or mention her nails need a trim, they were fine (I was under the impression that she was getting her ears checked). Secondly, Maree did not mention hurting my puppy at all after she has done the nails and I was at the clinic. It was not honest behaviour.nI rang the clinic to confirm what happened, Maree then told me it was an accident.

What a fantastic little vet. From accessing their services online to leaving the clinic we were pleasantly surprised with their cheery attitudes and speedy service.nnI booked online and received a confirmation email less than 24 hours later. No instant replies, an actual human messaged me ud83dude0a I also loved the ability to input the pets information prior to arrival, it made the process seamless and they had the information from our previous vets ready to go.nnWhen we arrived we were welcomed and chatted with the lovely receptionist who had many questions about our kitties and they felt very loved.nnThe vet was just as pleasant and listened to our concerns. She was very honest and transparent throughout the whole process, and made sure she let us know the pricing of any treatments prior to our agreement of using them. She gave us many tips and suggestions to improve our kitties health.nnAfterward they also requested to take some pics of the cats for their Facebook page! Much obliged we loved the experience from start to finish. Thanks again ladies we look forward to returning.
