Queensland Department Of Housing

The staff were all wonderful and Sareea (I think thats how to spell his name) was amazing. He put my daughter at ease and resolved every issue raised. Can't thank the team at Logan enough. Great service

The housing department is useless if you are a pet owner, you can not get housing if you own animals and so you must find your own private rentals but even than they would not Assit a teenager with a bond loan for a property at $275 a week claiming it was to much to afford. I find is extremely disheartening and disappointing when this organisation is designed to help and assit the community with housing and you can’t even help house the most vulnerable. Disgusting.

Easy in and out, can't imagine it would be an easy place to work particularly in this area so we'll done ladies

Was able to speak to someone within 5mins of walking in and be seen within 15mins. Was a good day.

Very helpful information and fixed my issue. Just need to smile and don't get upset and they will do what is possible just be patient ok.
