I love this gym because you come, you die (with or without honour, that’s up to you) and then you’re off on your merry way. No mucking around, just wham, bam, thank you ma’am.nnAwesome trainers! They totally set the vibe of the place and are both friendly enough to make you wanna come back but also aren’t afraid to push you to your limits in your session.nnOh and there’s also a cute little creche for parental convenience, shower and amenity facilities and a vast timetable of AM and PM classes to suit any schedule. What more do you want really?

I've been going to Fitstop at Slacks Creek for 6 months now. And I love it! I've always been active and enjoyed training, but this takes it to a whole new level. A mixture of strength and fitness and an encouraging trainers. The biggest bonus for me is the creche. Mums don't have to give up training when there is a place for the kids to go for your hour of me time!

Fitstop Slacks Creek is like a family that welcomes everyone no matter their fitness level. I was a little intimidated when I started because there were so many fit and strong people there but they were all so welcoming and supportive. We all have to start somewhere on our health and fitness journey and I am so glad I chose Slacks Creek for mine. I’m feeling fitter and stronger every day.

I have never been fitter and healthier before joining this place. The trainers are professional, supporting and make every exercise look easy. Everybody in the gym is friendly and always there to motivate you. The change is my body is obvious and i’m more confident than ever. Highly recommended if you want see some real results in short period of time!

It’s more then a gym it’s a community! I love the “non judgment” feeling and support is absolutely incredible! Owners go above and beyond with their team of trainers to make you feel included but accountable (in positive way) to achieve whatever your goals are! I highly recommend FitStop! It has changed my life not just physically but mentally, my habits and my behaviour ..: an amazing atmosphere and place to train with amazing people!!
