Love classes at Inna Essence. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, there's no judgement, the atmosphere is amazing and there is easy parking. Staff are helpful and encouraging and show different ways to do poses, from beginner to advanced so your level doesn't matter. Worth it.

Inna Essence is a studio with very special people who are our instructors who truly care about you the person not just the paying client. They make the time to understand you and your body and what it can and cannot do. Then they always make sure you are safe while exercising but still enable you to push forward and improve your movements.
