Very well structured training from warm up to more intense training. Great instructions from the coaches, full of energy, and was actually fun to be around the gym. I would highly recommend anyone to try it out if you’re looking for a great community that wants you to improve and certainly build a more functional body that you want.nnThanks to the coaches that made the sessions the highlight of the day.

Today I met Moses and Sam and they are both great instructors! I loved their coaching their positive vibes! Today's program includes mobility, strength and cardio training, which i personally love! Really appreciate it and it was super fun!

Did a workshop here with lifting techniques plus fitness/cardio. The coaches were great at breaking down the techniques and making a tough but fun session for everyone regardless of experience. Very encouraging and welcoming. Thanks Coach Moses and Sam!
