Loving this gym! Fantastic classes run by Layla and the team, who have years of experience so you can trust they know what they are doing! Theres no fluff and the team really gets to know you and pushes you to do your best. It is a small gym but it has everything I need and friendly atmosphere. Its also great for me as a mum because it has a small area for toddlers where they can watch while I have a quick workout.

A great gym that has such a homely feel. Everyone is friendly. Classes are very effective. Layla is very knowledgeable and knows her field well.
