Rebalance Pilates and Yoga Underwood

Was charged for a trial and could not access the account or sessions. So I contacted Rebalance at Underwood and they forwarded me onto someone I believe is from HQ. He claimed to have processed my refund which I never received, so I asked him to follow up in which he replied that he would, however, I never heard back. This was from 2019 (stopped following up as I never got anywhere with it). Hoping this review might prompt for someone to look into this and point me in the right direction.nnThe team at Underwood were actually quite nice and understanding to be fair, just annoyed at the service of HQ for trying to scam me of $57.

This is a very bad experience place that I met. I talk to their staff that I want to stop my course, the staff suggested me suspension instead so they can keep me lower rate it is free as well. I indicated that I would stop payment and classes because I did not have time to attend classes. Their staff did not reply. On the next day, I saw 81 AUD deducted from me. I asked their staff why they had deducted my money, but they didn't reply me. This store is really bad, I am hesitant to go to their store, they keep sending me messages, I want to cancel now, no reply, they also deduct my money. I have no choice but to cancel my credit card and complain to you.

Absolute scammers. Paid $200 for 2 weeks on trial for me and my daughter for the first time. Attended 2 sessions in the first week and then following week Govt. shut down all gyms due to COVID lockdown. Asked for a refund for that week. They said ok, then week after they took out another $200 from my card. Rang them, emailed, txted, got one story after another and got told to contact their state manager, I reached out and he said to write to him with the details which I did...this was early April and never heard from them since. Had to cancel my credit card. And am still down $300 which they won’t refund....very disappointed.

Love going here but there's not enough classes so it's harder to work with my schedule. Also, the reformers are good... but should be upgraded. Some straps are different lengths, some have different spring tensions as well. Some are really loud/squeaky which can be a bit disruptive.

Great experience!! Loving the classes and times available. Friendly and helpful and make you work hard. Bouncing between here and the Capalaba studio helps me out too.
