Grandson had his 7th bday party here, great value, 2 hostesses, plate fairy bread, lolly bags, two bowls chips, tokens for arcade, bumper car ride, lemonade & water, 1 game bowling incl shoe hire, Pluto pup or nuggets and chips & a pin with balloons to take home, also lane banner with child's name $115, we supplied cake. Fabulous day, 5 happy children had a fantastic time! Highly recommended!

Such a disappointment, no one assist us. Waited 1hour and a half for just a 2pc chicken. Not worth it every penny.

I decided to hold a birthday party here.nThe day was such a disappointment considering how much it cost.nnNo party was set up upon arrival, they did the table while we waited , then took an extra 20 minutes to get shoes. I had mentioned i wanted a platter for adults on the phone, which noone called back to confirm this.nFood came an hr and a half during the party, all kids were stating they were hungry. There were 3 hostesses , 1 didn't even help nor did we see for the party. The two girls who did host it were to busy talking to each other rather then trying to engage the children. Left over cake was just thrown in the box. Cleanup began happening before party was even done, very rushed to get out anyway we only had food 30mins before the party finished. Food was getting taken off the children whilst they were still eating and they allowed 5 minutes for cake an happy birthday to be sung. We didnt receive an activity bag (which is on their brochure for parties) Just a small lolly bag. They couldn't remember which child was the birthday child.nnOverall this was a poor quality birthday party , We will be sticking to maccas next time. It was very disorganised.
