Professional, friendly
We've had multiple delivery times booked and cancelled within the last week with no assurance that we will have our belongings (including our childrens Christmas presents and decorations) any time soon. Whilst Grace did offer accommodation and we did utilise that for a few days, its not really an option now that a lot of places are booked out. That makes that portion of the insurance they offer useless. They've been good at keeping us informed of the delays but anything outside that takes far too long for them to come back to you. So far we've paid Grace for a service that we've not got.
Today could have been a very stressful day but thanks to the very professional team from Grace Removals there was no stress at all. I was particularly impressed by the expertise shown wrapping our furniture for the long journey from SA to Qld and preparing it all for long term storage .
The sales team were very helpful.
The goods traveled from Adelaide to Brisbane.
All of the furniture was completely wrapped and nil breakages on finer items.
The staff delivering the goods were very careful unloading and polite and obliging.
I thoroughly recommend them and would use again
I moved from SA to Queensland and I dealt with Michelle. Such an easy and gentle approach to moving all of my sentimental belongings. Michelle and the team know what to do when it comes to removals and I thank them so much for getting my things here safely. Much gratitude.
