Ascension Performance Labs

I’ve been training at this gym for almost 6 months, I have learnt a lot from Chris and still learning and improving everyday. There is so much more than just lifting weights. He continuously push me to understand more about my training. I’m looking forwards to more training as I have reached a certain goal since I started. I would definitely recommend to everyone who wants to increase their fitness performance or simply wants to be fitter to have a go here.

Chris is an awesome coach that really motivates and explains everything in simple easy to understand terms. Great facility with whole suite of training tools. Highly recommended!!

Just had an awesome training at the APL, Chris is a great coach that uses science to back up his training method. His methods are logical, effective and are very good at giving the right amount of stress to all fitness levels. At the end of the training, I felt great, not feeling fatigue which I was surprised considering the amount of work we did. It was progressive and I learnt so much from it. If you have a goal to get fitter and not sure how to train, I highly recommend you to give it at try at Ascension Performance Lab.
