Cultivate Calm Yoga

The Beginners workshop at Cultivate was great! I had never done Yoga and thoroughly enjoyed it.... was unsure what to expect but came out feeling great and confident to join the Basic classes. The Months free classes I took advantage of - and each of the different instructors made the class a positive experience and gently guided the Beginners in the classes in a wonderful way. Thinking about giving Yoga a try?? Do it!!

Monica's studio is a welcoming place where you feel yourself calming down as soon as you enter. There is a huge variety of classes including plenty of yin yoga for calming your busy mind and stretching out those tight areas. The clients are down to earth and friendly and the teachers are wonderful. I highly recommend this studio.

So much more than a yoga studio -- this place has changed my life. The Art of Relaxation workshop taught me how to properly unwind from stress and regular Yin classes give me the space to look after my mental health. I recommend this studio to anyone looking for better mental health and happiness.

Great teachers and classes. The studio is a calming and positive space and the classes are suitable for whatever level of yoga you are at. I've brought a few friends to the studio, and all have loved it. After coming to the Cultivate Calm studio for around 5 years, I look forward to many more classes :)
