Cancelled during 3 day cool off period, with phone call, text and email sent to studio and studio owners, yet, 2 weeks later, I'm still getting charged and no refund has been issued. No communication on refund processing either - despite me giving all details requested.nnNot a good impression and extremely frustrating as they don't follow terms of their own contract.

F45 Coorparoo is the BEST! The trainers and owners are so supportive and welcoming, the Studio is massive in comparison to most, and working out 6 days a week has quickly become something I really look forward to. I couldn't recommend them enough and can't wait to smash more goals there.
